Return Policy

Physical shipments:

Before opening the software packet, please examine the accompanying documentation to learn exactly what this program will do, how operations are performed, what software and hardware are required, and the user license conditions. If, after reading the documentation, you decide that this product is not suited to your applications, you may return the entire package for a full refund (less shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee) within 30 days. This program will not be accepted for return if the software packet has been opened.

Downloaded software:

All purchases of software are final. We do not accept returns of software. Once you purchase software and we make it available to you, you are responsible for downloading and retrieving the license key for the software and bear all risk of loss thereafter. If you are unable to complete a download, please contact customer service for assistance. We will usually continue making software you have purchased available to you as well as minor service releases.
